The University of Wyoming has another reason to celebrate as former Cowboys quarterback Josh Allen continues his postseason journey with the Buffalo Bills, WyoToday.com reports.

Allen and the Bills secured a narrow 27-25 victory over the Baltimore Ravens in Sunday’s Divisional Round of the NFL playoffs.

The game was set against the backdrop of cold and snowy conditions in Orchard Park, a fitting stage for a quarterback accustomed to Wyoming’s High Plains weather.

  • Passing Stats: Allen completed 16 of 22 passes for 127 yards.
  • Rushing Contribution: He added 20 yards on 10 carries, scoring two rushing touchdowns to help secure the win.

While the weather may have limited big plays through the air, Allen’s versatility and effectiveness on the ground proved critical for the Bills.

This victory sends the Bills to the AFC Championship Game for the second time in Allen’s career, having last reached this stage in 2021. That year, Buffalo fell to the Kansas City Chiefs, who they will face again on Sunday at 4:30 p.m. ET.

Buffalo has momentum heading into the game, having defeated Kansas City 30-21 in a regular-season matchup in Buffalo earlier this year.

As Allen leads the Bills deeper into the playoffs, fans of both Wyoming football and Buffalo are eager to see if he can guide the team to their first Super Bowl appearance since 1994.
