The study evaluated each state based on a range of factors, including the percentage of degrees awarded in tech, median earnings for tech workers, and opportunities for both in-person and remote tech jobs.

Class Central awarded Wyoming a score of 7.02 out of 10, highlighting its favorable conditions for tech careers. According to the study, graduates with tech degrees in Wyoming earn a median income of $60,313 four years after graduation, a significant 50.6% increase compared to the overall median earnings of $40,050 for all graduates.
