Kingston joins Noble House with a distinguished background across multiple sectors of the hospitality industry, bringing a wealth of experience from luxury hotels, destination resorts, cruise ships, and upscale residential developments. His career includes an 11-year tenure with Hilton Worldwide, where he held positions in sales, marketing, and operations. Most recently, Kingston served at SMASHotels in Chicago, where he worked as both senior vice president and general manager of the theWit Hotel, earning recognition for the property’s exceptional service quality that ranked it among the top hotels in the Americas.
Kingston also has extensive experience in the private club sector, serving as managing director for the Stirling Club at Turnberry Place in Las Vegas and later as chief operating officer of Abercrombie and Kent Towne Clubs in Scottsdale, Arizona. His experience with Celebrity Cruises as hotel managing director contributed to the rollout of the Solstice Class of Modern Luxury, a hallmark in the cruise industry.
In his new position, Kingston is expected to lead efforts to enhance service quality, drive revenue growth, and instill a culture of excellence among the staff at the Wyoming properties. He will oversee innovative strategies to improve guest experiences, setting a high bar for customer service and hospitality in the region.
