Fans of the hit show Yellowstone now have a chance to experience a slice of ranch life that evokes the grandeur of the fictional Dutton Ranch, Sunset reports.

Antlers Ranch, a 16,532-acre property located in Meeteetse, Wyoming, has been nicknamed “Little Yellowstone” for its sprawling landscape and rich history. However, living the dream will cost a steep $85 million.

Just a few hours from Montana’s iconic countryside, Antlers Ranch offers a striking resemblance to the famed Yellowstone setting, minus the signature white barns. The property, family-owned since its establishment in 1895, is now listed for sale for the first time in five generations.

The ranch includes two main homes: a primary residence built in 1937 and remodeled in 2012, and a secondary home dating back to 1916. Additional accommodations include a bunkhouse, a duplex, and two ranch-style homes. Owners of the property can enjoy breathtaking views of Wyoming’s wilderness while sharing the land with moose, elk, antelope, and deer.

With 40,000 controlled acres (16,532 deeded acres), the ranch also features 18 miles of private rivers and creeks, ideal for fishing and exploring. Since its founding, Antlers Ranch has grown significantly, absorbing smaller properties to become the expansive estate it is today.

The current owner, Sam May, reflected on his deep connection to the land in the ranch’s listing brochure.

“Growing up, I never thought I’d have the opportunity to live my adult life on Antlers. I thought I’d have to go out into the world and make my living in a different fashion. The luck of being able to end up here, working the ranch every day and to live my life on it—I’ve been very fortunate.”
