PUTIN’S DESIRE TO GAIN A LEADING POSITION ON THE WORLD STAGE MAKES HIM LOOK FOR ALLIES, BLAME THE UNITED STATES.

Putin is looking for allies to gain a leading position on the world stage, imposes accusations on the United States and denies the fact that he intends to use a nuclear environment.

The speech of the President of the Russian Federation at the conference of specialists in international politics took place on Thursday, the day after he returned from observing nuclear training.

His speech was closely watched. According to the information transmitted to us, Vladimir Vladimirovich openly criticized the actions of the United States for the fact that the American government is “playing a bloody, dangerous and dirty game” in the hope of gaining world domination. The president’s reports about the losses of Russian troops in Ukraine and the naming of the conflict that unleashed as “inevitable” due to the previously frequent conflicts between Ukraine and Russia also seemed somewhat understated.

Although Putin has repeatedly commented on Russia’s nuclear arsenal, all his references to information about them were cut off by his messages that, according to him, he does not intend to use weapons of this scale in Ukraine, since he sees neither political nor military sense in it.

The Telegraph reports that the President of the Russian Federation called the existing and imposed by the West world order that has existed for several decades after the collapse of the USSR “coming to an end.”

He described the present decade as “the most dangerous and unpredictable” since the Second World War and said that now the world has to choose between the gradual escalation of problems that will eventually lead to a global crisis and collapse and attempts to find at least some solutions to the current situation to establish relative stability and security.

The speech delivered by the Russian leader at the Valdai Club, an analytical center and discussion forum in Moscow, followed a statement from Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu that the exercises of the country’s Strategic Deterrence Forces aimed at inflicting a “massive nuclear attack” in response to a possible attack on Russia can be considered successful.

Over the past few days, rumors have repeatedly been received from Russian officials that Ukraine is preparing and is going to use the so-called “dirty bomb” consisting of explosives with radioactive material. This kind of a bomb is not created to kill, but to intimidate. The United States and its allies have declared disinformation, and Ukraine has openly accused Russia of developing and preparing for the use of a bomb of this format.

According to official information reported to journalists by Defense Minister Lloyd Austin: The Pentagon does not observe signs of the development of the conflict and the desire of any of the parties to launch a “dirty bomb”.
